Aarti Industries Q1 FY26 saw revenue fall 16% QoQ to Rs. 1,867 crore and EBITDA drop 19% to Rs. 215 crore. Results were impacted by Rs. 30 crore in inventory valuation losses and Rs. 15-20 crore from export deferrals due to geopolitical issues. Management noted stable underlying demand despite input price volatility and US tariff uncertainties affecting 15-20% of revenue, especially MMA and DCB. Capacity expansions for Nitrotoluene, Ethylation, and MMA are ramping up. Zone IV projects are on track for phased commercialization from H2 FY26, bringing higher-margin products. The company remains focused on strategic execution and cost optimization, maintaining its three-year EBITDA outlook.
