CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

CG Power has allotted 52,000 new equity shares to eligible employees under its ESOP 2021 scheme. Of these, 12,000 shares were priced at Rs. 400.45 each, and 40,000 shares at Rs. 454.40 each. This share issuance results in a capital infusion of approximately Rs. 2.30 Cr for the company. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 314.91 Cr to Rs. 314.92 Cr, comprising 1,57,46,03,429 shares of Rs. 2 face value. This move expands employee ownership and boosts the company's capital base.
