Vertoz, a MadTech and CloudTech firm, reported strong Q1 FY26 financial results. Consolidated revenue grew 17% YoY to Rs. 70.49 Cr, EBITDA by 12% to Rs. 9.99 Cr, and PAT by 13% to Rs. 6.47 Cr. Standalone figures also saw significant jumps: revenue +54% to Rs. 18.07 Cr, EBITDA +54% to Rs. 2.92 Cr, PAT +66% to Rs. 1.53 Cr. The company expanded its operational footprint to two new cities, entered new verticals like education through partnerships, and deployed a high-performance application. Management called this their best June quarter in five years.
