Interarch Building Solutions Limited — Others, 08-08-2025: Appointment

Interarch Building Solutions' Board, at its August 7, 2025 meeting, approved significant changes in its Directorate, pending shareholder approval and following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Anoop Kumar Mittal and Mr. Aditya Vij will join as Additional Independent Directors for five years, effective August 7, 2025. Mr. Mittal brings vast construction industry leadership, including from NBCC, while Mr. Vij's expertise spans private equity and healthcare. Additionally, Mr. Arvind Nanda has been re-appointed as Managing Director, effective August 9, 2026. These changes strengthen the board with diverse, high-level expertise and ensure leadership continuity for Interarch.
