Mukand Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mukand Ltd. has announced key outcomes from its board meeting. For Q1 FY26, consolidated net profit surged to **Rs. 29.03 Cr** from Rs. 24.28 Cr, despite revenue slightly decreasing to **Rs. 1,128.71 Cr**.

A major strategic move is the agreement to sell land parcels in Thane for approximately **Rs. 673 Cr**, with **Rs. 110 Cr** already received, unlocking significant value. The NCLT also approved the demerger of the Stainless Steel Cold Finished Bars & Wires business into Mukand Ltd., effective April 1, 2024. Additionally, the Industrial Machinery Division will be sold to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mukand Heavy Engineering Limited, via a slump sale.
