NHPC's 49th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via Video Conferencing/Audio-Visual Means. All related documents, including the Annual Report 2024-25 and AGM notice, will be distributed electronically; shareholders should update their email and KYC details. The Board has endorsed a final dividend of Rs 0.51 per equity share for FY25, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.
