Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A(7C) of Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations, as

amended from time to time, we would like to inform you that Mr. Kartik Konar, Chief Financial

Officer and Key Managerial Personnel ('KMP’) of KJMC Corporate Advisors (India) Ltd has vide

letter dated August 07, 2025 tendered his resignation with effect from the close of business hours

on August 07, 2025. The said resignation is due to personal reason. The Company has accepted his

resignation and relieved him from responsibilities with effect from close of business hours on

August 07, 2025.
