Subject: Intimation of Rescheduling of Board Meeting to consider Unaudited Financial Results for

the quarter ended 30 June, 2025.

This in reference to our earlier Intimation dated 05th August, 2025 regarding Board Meeting to be held on

Monday, 11th August, 2025. Please be noted that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the meeting of

Board of Directors of the company is now re-scheduled and will be held on Thursday, 14th August 2025 inter-

alia, to consider and approve the following matters at the registered office of the Company at C-582,

Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura, Delhi-110034 to inter-alia,

1. Consider and Approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June

30%, 2025;

2. And any other business with the permission of the Board.

Further, pursuant to BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with

Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition

of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all

Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company, is already closed for the purpose of declaration of

Unaudited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30t%, 2025 from July 1, 2025 till 48

hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting. Accordingly, the trading window of the company

shall remain closed till 16% August, 2025.
