Sub: Disclosure giving operational update of drilling campaign by the Company & its Subsidiary

In accordance with Part B of Schedule Ill, read with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and as part of our ongoing communication regarding the drilling campaign

being undertaken by the Company (GNRL) and its step-down subsidiary, GNRL Oil & Gas Limited (GOGL), we are

pleased to provide the following update.

GNRL has successfully completed drilling of two wells, both of which are currently under commercial production.

Field production has reached a level of approximately 400 barrels of oil equivalent (BoE) per day. Following a one-

month monsoon break, drilling of the third well has commenced and has currently reached a depth of 730 metres.

The well is expected to be completed by 201h August 2025, after which the drilling of the fourth well will begin in

the Kanawara field.

Additionally, GNRL has contracted a higher-capacity drilling rig for the planned drilling of a 3,000-metre well in its

100% owned North Kathana field. Drilling operations at this site are expected to commence in the last week of

August 2025.
