IDBI Bank Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: General Updates

IDBI Bank completed the sale of 2.22 Cr equity shares (11.11% stake) in National Securities Depository Ltd (NSDL) via an IPO Offer for Sale. This transaction generated a gross consideration of Rs. 1,777.31 Cr, with a net consideration of Rs. 1,703.14 Cr after expenses. As a result, NSDL is no longer an associate company of IDBI Bank, which now holds a 14.99% stake. This move enhances IDBI Bank's cash position from the sale proceeds.
