Standalone figures show revenue at ₹82.17 Cr and PAT at ₹5.42 Cr. Operationally, the company completed the liquidation of its UAE subsidiary and closed its Singapore branch. It has also begun the voluntary liquidation process for its inactive Japan subsidiary. Notably, the company is not recognizing a Minimum Alternate Tax credit of ₹14.13 Cr due to a lack of clear future taxable profits.
