NACL Industries Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: General Updates

NACL Industries has seen a significant ownership shift as Coromandel International Limited acquired a 53.13% stake, gaining control and becoming the new promoter. This triggered a major board overhaul, with Dr. Raghuram Devarakonda appointed as the new Managing Director & CEO, and five other new directors joining. Ten existing directors have resigned. Additionally, S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP replaced B S R & Co. as the company’s Statutory Auditors. Former promoters are now reclassified as public shareholders. These changes mark a new strategic direction for NACL.
