Gratex Industries' Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Karan Baldevkrishan Sharma as Managing Director for another three-year term, starting July 30, 2026. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 41st Annual General Meeting. Mr. Sharma, who is the son of Director Baldevkrishan Ramrattan Sharma and brother of Director-CFO Mona Pratap Menon, has been confirmed not debarred from holding his position. The Board also approved the annual report for FY25 and announced the 41st AGM for September 16, 2025, via video conferencing. Share transfer books will close from September 10-16 for the AGM.
