Harrisons Malayalam Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Harrisons Malayalam's board has approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹116.46 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹5.96 Cr. Earnings per share (EPS) were ₹3.23. The board also re-appointed Ms. Rusha Mitra as an Independent Director for a second five-year term starting February 2026, subject to shareholder approval. She will also serve as the Chairperson of the Board from August 2025 until October 2025. Additionally, M/s. SEP & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
