NACL Industries has completed its acquisition by Coromandel International Limited (CIL), which now holds 10,68,96,146 equity shares, representing 53.13% control. This significant ownership change brings a major leadership overhaul. Dr. Raghuram Devarakonda has been appointed the new Managing Director & CEO, alongside several new non-executive and independent directors. Consequently, ten previous directors, including the former Chairperson and Whole Time Director, have resigned. B S R & Co. also resigned as statutory auditor, with S. R.
