**Financials:** For the quarter, the company reported revenue of Rs 24.57 Cr and a net loss of Rs 8.81 Cr. EBITDA stood at Rs 9.28 Cr.

**Leadership Shake-up:** Dr. Kamineni Shashidhar joins as an Additional Non-Executive Director. Mr. G.L.B Shastry is the new Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Vaibhav S Suryawanshi takes charge as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
