NACL Industries Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: General Updates

NACL Industries has seen a significant ownership change as Coromandel International Limited (CIL) acquired a 53.13% stake, taking control and becoming the new promoter. Concurrently, the Board has undergone a major transformation: a new Managing Director & CEO, Dr. Raghuram Devarakonda, was appointed alongside several new directors, while many previous directors resigned. The company also appointed S. R. Batliboi & Associates LLP as its new Statutory Auditor, replacing the previous firm which cited independence reasons. Erstwhile promoters are now reclassified to public shareholders. These changes reflect a comprehensive restructuring under the new ownership.
