Interarch Building Solutions Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: Capacity addition

Interarch Building Solutions is undertaking a significant capacity expansion by establishing a new manufacturing unit. This Phase-1 addition will add 24,000 MT for heavy fabrication and multi-storey pre-engineered steel buildings, aimed at capitalizing on increased market demand. The project involves an investment of Rs 80 Cr, funded through internal accruals or term loans. Commercial operations are strategically planned to commence by July 2026, positioning Interarch to capture a larger share of the growing pre-engineered steel market.
