Interarch Building Solutions Limited — Important, 08-08-2025: Capacity addition

Interarch Building Solutions is expanding its manufacturing capacity with a new pre-engineered steel building unit in Gujarat. This Phase-1 expansion will add 27,000 MT of installed production capacity. The project, costing `60 Cr`, will be financed via internal cash accruals. This expansion aims to cater to increased demand, with commercial operations for Phase-1 expected by Q1 of FY26-27.
