Garware Technical Fibres Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Garware Technical Fibres has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Revenue from Operations rose to Rs 367.23 Cr from Rs 336.25 Cr last year. Profit for the period increased to Rs 53.09 Cr from Rs 46.76 Cr, with Basic EPS at Rs 5.35.

The company also expanded its global footprint! It incorporated a new subsidiary in Norway, Garware Technical Fibres AS, and completed the acquisition of two Norwegian companies, Offshore and Trawl Supply AS and Advanced Mooring Supply AS, via its UK subsidiary for NOK 122 Million.
