Voltas' Q1 FY26 consolidated net profit dropped to ₹141 Cr (from ₹335 Cr) on revenue of ₹4,021 Cr (vs ₹5,001 Cr). Unseasonal weather and a high base hit AC sales. However, Voltas retained its AC market leadership. The Voltas Beko appliance segment shone brightly, posting 33% YoY volume growth and boosting market share in washing machines & refrigerators. Electro-Mechanical Projects and Engineering Products segments showed steady performance. Management sees this as a temporary dip, affirming strong long-term fundamentals driven by innovation and expansion.
