RHI Magnesita India's Board has announced the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs. 960.32 crore, with a profit after tax of Rs. 35.27 crore. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Naresh Verma as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval.

In a key strategic move, the company's subsidiary, Intermetal Engineers (India) Private Limited (IEIPL), recently completed the acquisition of Ashwath Technologies Private Limited for Rs. 14.12 crore. This acquisition makes Ashwath a wholly-owned subsidiary of IEIPL, broadening the group's capabilities.
