Network People Services Technologies (NPST) has announced a board meeting where it approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported a total income of ₹35.09 Cr and a profit of ₹7.19 Cr for the quarter. Basic EPS stood at ₹3.71.

Further, NPST has incorporated NPST Global Solutions LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary in Dubai, with investment remitted on July 1, 2025. The company also allotted 5,350 equity shares under its ESOP Plan 2023 to employees.
