Fine Organic Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Fine Organic Industries (FINEORG) board approved its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations rose to ₹588.38 Cr from ₹549.69 Cr year-on-year. Net profit increased to ₹117.10 Cr compared to ₹113.25 Cr last year, with EPS at ₹38.19. The company also announced an insurance claim settlement of ₹6.98 Cr for business interruption from a past fire incident, and an interim payment of ₹1.80 Cr for asset loss. A final dividend of ₹11/share for FY25, previously proposed, was also noted.
