KPIT Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 08-08-2025: Acquisition

KPIT has updated its Caresoft acquisition to US$157 Million (from US$191M), boosting Vehicle Engineering & Design for faster market entry and OEM cost savings. The company is increasing its stake in N-Dream AG, a Cloud Game Aggregation Platform, to 51% for Euro 6.5 million, making it a subsidiary. KPIT also announced an investment of up to US$10 Million in Helm.ai, an AI software firm for self-driving cars, aligning with its Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) strategy and strengthening autonomous driving tech capabilities.
