KPIT Technologies Limited — JV/Acquisition, 08-08-2025: Acquisition

KPIT has revised its Caresoft acquisition to a final consideration of up to US$157 Million (~Rs 1303 Cr), strengthening its Vehicle Engineering & Off-Highway offerings. The company is also increasing its stake in N-Dream AG to 51% for Euro 6.5 Million (~Rs 58.5 Cr), making it a subsidiary. Additionally, KPIT will invest up to US$10 Million (~Rs 83 Cr) in Helm.ai, an advanced AI software provider for self-driving cars. This strategic move aligns with KPIT's Software-Defined Vehicles (SDV) focus, enhancing AI capabilities and expanding market opportunities in autonomous driving solutions.
