Indokem Limited has announced its board's approvals. For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, standalone income from operations was Rs. 36.32 Cr with profit before tax of Rs. 0.33 Cr. Consolidated figures show income from operations at Rs. 41.57 Cr, profit before tax of Rs. 0.70 Cr. A significant strategic move is the approval to enter a new line of business and execute a Strategic Marketing Partnership Agreement.
