Power Mech Projects' board has met and approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter. In key leadership updates, the board has appointed Mr. Bontha Prasada Rao as a Non-executive Independent Director for three years. Mr. Rohit Sajja, the company's President, has been appointed as an Executive Whole-time Director for five years. Additionally, Mr. Kishore Babu Sajja has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a further five years, effective April 1, 2026. All director appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
