Manappuram Finance Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manappuram Finance's board has announced its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a total revenue of Rs. 2,264.94 crore and a net profit of Rs. 552.74 crore. An interim dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) was declared, with August 14, 2025, as the record date. Furthermore, Mr. V. P. Nandakumar, the MD, will also take on the Chairman role from August 28, succeeding Dr. Shailesh Jayantilal Mehta upon his retirement.
