Power Mech Projects Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Power Mech Projects has announced a board meeting where the Board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Key leadership changes were also decided: Mr. Bontha Prasada Rao was appointed as an Independent Director for three years. Mr. Rohit Sajja, the company's President, was appointed as an Executive Director for five years. Furthermore, Mr. Kishore Babu Sajja was re-appointed as Managing Director for another five-year term starting April 1, 2026. All director appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
