Mangalam Organics Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Mangalam Organics' board approved the Q1 financial results. Consolidated income hit ₹118.32 Cr, with profit before tax at ₹6.59 Cr and EPS at ₹5.92. The 43rd Annual General Meeting is set for September 16, 2025. Key director re-appointments include Mr. Pannkaj Dujodwala as MD and Mr. Kamalkumar Dujodwala as Chairman, both for five years. Mrs. Manisha Agarwal was also re-appointed as Independent Director. A recent fire at Camphor Plant-I is under assessment, but all losses are fully insured, and production efforts via Plant-II are underway.
