Oswal Agro Mills' Board has approved key governance appointments. Siddharth S. Kothari & Co. will serve as Internal Auditors for FY25-26. Jay Mehta & Associates is appointed Secretarial Auditor for five years, and Mehta Chokshi & Shah LLP as Statutory Auditor, both subject to shareholder approval. The Board also appointed three new Independent Directors: Mr. Gulshan Chamanlal Vohra, Mr. Swapneel Vinod Patel, and Ms. Larly Nitin Bahl, each for a five-year term starting August 13, 2025, also awaiting shareholder nod. This strengthens the company's oversight and strategic leadership.
