Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Akums Drugs & Pharma has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,024.03 Cr, with a profit of ₹64.68 Cr.

The company re-appointed M/s Vibhor Gupta & Associates as Internal Auditors. Board committees were re-constituted, adding Mr. Anil Kumar Arvindlal Amin to the Audit and Risk Management Committees, and Ms. Matangi Gowrishankar to the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Additionally, Mr. Rajkumar Bafna (Finance) and Mr. Tarun Kapoor (IT) were designated as Senior Management Personnel. All IPO funds have been fully utilized as planned, with no deviations.
