Syncom Formulations (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

SYNCOM's Board met and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The 37th Annual General Meeting is set for September 29, 2025, with details on book closure and e-voting finalised. Significant leadership changes include Shri Kedarmal Bankada's re-designation to Whole-time Director. Shri Ankit Bankda, previously CFO, is now Chairman & Whole Time Director (subject to AGM approval), with Shri Rahul Vijay Bankda appointed as the new CFO. Smt. Rinki Ankit Banka also resigned as Whole Time Director. Amendments to MoA/AoA were approved, pending shareholder nod.
