Abans Enterprises' board has appointed M/s. P S S V & ASSOCIATES LLP as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2025-26, a move aimed at bolstering financial oversight. The company has also revised its Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and its Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. This enhances internal compliance and transparency. Furthermore, Mr. Anurag Kanwatia, Executive Director & CFO, has been authorized for determining materiality of events and making stock exchange disclosures, alongside Ms. Mahiti Rath, Company Secretary, who remains authorized.
