Banco Products (India) Limited's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated total income reached ₹983.85 Cr, with a net profit of ₹164.25 Cr. The Board also appointed M/s. J. J. Gandhi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years and M/s. Y. S.
