Sequent Scientific's board has proposed a new leadership structure, contingent on its merger with Viyash Lifesciences becoming effective. Following the merger, Dr. Hari Babu Bodepudi, Viyash's founder, is set to become the Managing Director and Group CEO of the combined entity. Rajaram Narayanan, Sequent's current MD & CEO, will transition to Chief Executive Officer - Animal Health, remaining a Whole-time Director. This move aims to align businesses and accelerate synergy realization as the merger process advances, with NCLT meetings scheduled for August 30.
