Syncom Formulations has announced significant leadership changes. Shri Kedarmal Shankarlal Bankda has been re-designated from Chairman and Whole-time Director to Whole-time Director. Shri Ankit Kedarmal Bankda, who resigned as CFO, has been appointed as the new Chairman and Whole-Time Director, subject to shareholder approval. He is the son of the re-designated former Chairman. Smt. Rinki Ankit Banka has also resigned as Whole-time Director. Additionally, Shri Rahul Vijay Bankda, son of the company's Managing Director, has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer. These changes aim to strengthen the company's strategic leadership and financial oversight.
