Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-08-2025: Allotment of Securities

Aptus Value Housing Finance has allotted 1,46,875 new equity shares to employees who exercised stock options under the Aptus Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2021. This allotment, with a face value of Rs. 2 per share, increases the company's total equity shares outstanding to approximately 50.01 crore, up from 49.99 crore.
