BANKA has announced key changes to its Board composition. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sanjay Banka as Executive Chairman, and Mr. Vishal Murarka as Executive Director & CEO for a three-year term. Dr. Basava Raju Dumpala was also re-appointed as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term. Furthermore, Mrs. Geeta Goti has been appointed as a new Non-Executive Woman Independent Director for five years. These appointments are pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Aparajita Agrawal will step down as Non-Executive Independent Director upon her tenure completion. This aims to ensure leadership continuity and reinforce board oversight.
