SP Apparels has announced its 20th Annual General Meeting on September 1, 2025, to be held virtually. Shareholders will consider adopting the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025, which show Sales & other income at Rs. 989.01 Cr and Profit After Tax at Rs. 83.53 Cr. The company is seeking approval for a dividend and the re-appointment of Mr. S. Chenduran as Director. Crucially, the Board proposes re-appointing Mr. Sundararajan Perumal Mudaliar as Chairman & MD for three more years, with a monthly salary of Rs. 10 lakh plus commission. Re-appointments of two Independent Directors and new Secretarial Auditors (for Rs. 2 lakh) are also on the agenda.
