Iris Clothings delivered strong Q1 FY26 results with Total Income rising 18.9% YoY to Rs. 37.43 Cr and Profit After Tax growing 8.7% to Rs. 2.63 Cr. However, EBITDA declined 11.4% to Rs. 5.29 Cr. The company added 8 new distributors, expanding its network to 194. It successfully raised Rs. 47.5 Cr via a rights issue to fund growth initiatives and issued 1:1 bonus shares. Future plans include expanding production to 38,000 pieces/day, launching new innerwear and sportswear lines, and strengthening its D2C retail segment.
