Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Manaksia Aluminium has announced a board meeting outcome. The company approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations surged to Rs 134.41 Cr, up from Rs 81.72 Cr in the same quarter last year. Net profit also rose significantly to Rs 1.56 Cr from Rs 0.71 Cr year-on-year.

The board also proposed a final dividend of Re 0.07 per share for FY24-25, subject to shareholder nod at the 15th AGM on September 16, 2025. Key re-appointments include Mr. Shuvendu Sekhar Mohanty (Independent Director) and Mr. Anirudha Agrawal (Whole-time Director). Mr. Asit Kumar Labh was also appointed as Secretarial Auditor.
