Ruchi Infrastructure's board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at Rs 16.53 Cr, with total income at Rs 23.24 Cr. The company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 8.58 Cr, resulting in an EPS of Rs 0.33. The board also reconstituted its Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees. Additionally, new secretarial auditors were appointed for five years, and statutory auditors re-appointed for two years, both subject to shareholder approval.
