Popular Vehicles & Services Ltd (PVSL) subsidiary has secured two Letters of Intent (LOIs) to establish Ather facilities in Bangalore. This marks PVSL's entry into Karnataka with Ather, expanding their EV network to a fourth state. The new facilities, including an Experience Centre and a combined Experience/Service/warehouse, will commence operations by early September. The service center can handle ~550 vehicles monthly. Total investment for these facilities is estimated at ₹1.2 Cr. This strategic move deepens PVSL's partnership with Ather, strengthening their 2-wheeler EV segment and diversifying geographic revenue.
