Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure

Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”), we wish to inform you that M/s. J K Brahmin &

Co., Chartered Accountants, (FRN No. 101589W) Internal Auditor of the Company has resigned w.e.f.

August 8, 2025 due to pre-occupation in other assignments.

Further M/s. j K Brahmin has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for their resignation

other than mentioned above.

The Intimation on account of the resignation received from M/s. J K Brahmin & Co, Chartered

Accountants, (FRN No. 101589W) the Internal Auditors is enclosed herewith.

Details with respect to the said requirement under Regulation 30(6) read with Para A (7) of Part - A of

Schedule III of the SEBI Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular no.

SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November, 2024 are provided in Annexure A to this
