Vikram Kamats Hospitality Limited has allotted 2,83,784 equity shares to Ms. Mrinalini Ramesh Jaisinghani, Green Portfolio Private Limited, and The Golden Bird India Fund LP. These shares were issued upon conversion of warrants after receiving the balance 70% subscription money, amounting to over ₹1.47 crore. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from ₹15.49 crore to ₹15.77 crore. This capital infusion supports the company's operations and growth. Approximately 11.08 lakh warrants are still pending conversion.
