HP Adhesives' Board approved the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter. The Board also re-appointed three Independent Directors for a second five-year term and Mr. Karan Motwani as Managing Director for another five years, subject to shareholder approval. Priya Choudhary & Associates LLP were re-appointed as Statutory Auditors for a second five-year term, and Shivam Sharma & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years, both pending shareholder approval. Additionally, Ms. Jyoti Chawda resigned as Company Secretary, effective August 9, 2025.
