HP Adhesives Limited — Board Meeting, 08-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

HP Adhesives has announced a board meeting. The Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (consolidated & standalone). Significant leadership updates include Mr. Karan Motwani's re-appointment as Managing Director for another 5 years. Independent Directors Mr. Surendra Kumar Mehta, Mr. Ajeet Anant Walavalkar, and Mr. Rajendra Kumar Jain were also re-appointed for their second 5-year terms. All re-appointments require shareholder approval. Ms. Jyoti Chawda has resigned as Company Secretary. The Board also approved the re-appointment of Statutory Auditors and appointed Secretarial Auditors, both pending shareholder nod.
