meeting held today i.e. 08 August, 2025, inter alia, re-appointed Mr. Jignesh Thobhani as Managing Director for 3 years

w.e.f. December 28, 2025 to December 27, 2028, and appointed M/s Ferrao MSR & Associates, Practising Company

Secretary (COP No. 5676) as Secretarial Auditor of the company for the financial Year 2025-2026 and 2026-2027.

The details with respect to the re-appointment/ appointment of Director and Secretarial Auditor required under SEBI

(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master circular

SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 as amended, annexed herewith as Annexure A and

Annexure B.
